How to disable prompting the password for diagnostics/examine/personalization for forms

To disable prompting the apps password for diagnostics and examine/personalizations at form level

 

Set the value as Yes to the profile option "Utilities: Diagnostics" at any level

 

Logout and login to see the effect.
